Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please contact us at support@accutroll.com if you need clarification on whether we ship to your location.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • United States: Standard and expedited shipping options are available.
  • Canada: All shipments are sent via DHL using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning import duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from orders@accutroll.com with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
